Project Director

Location: Australia 

Start Date: Q1 2025

Pay Rate: $250,000 per annum

Job Description:

The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects within the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing project plans and timelines
• Managing project budgets and resources
• Leading project teams and providing guidance and support
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are met
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Communicating with stakeholders and reporting on project status
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within Australia
• Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end utility scale renewable energy projects 
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
