Strategic Partner & Channel Management Manager

Reporting: Senior Director of Sales EMEA
This role is responsible for leading and expanding strategic industrial and channel partnerships across the European market, with a focus on driving sustainable revenue growth, and strengthening distributor and client relationships. The position requires a commercially driven, relationship-oriented leader who can operate effectively across diverse European cultures and collaborate closely with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue, pipeline, and growth targets across the European industrial and B2B portfolio.
- Build, strengthen, and manage senior-level relationships with key industrial clients, OEMs, and distribution partners.
- Lead a 50/50 commercial split between new business development (hunting) and expansion of existing client relationships.
- Develop and execute industrial segment and channel growth strategies, translating market opportunities into measurable commercial outcomes.
- Drive commercial negotiations, including pricing frameworks, commercial terms, and annual joint business planning with key partners.
- Oversee the European market end-to-end, ensuring consistency in commercial execution, customer engagement, and partner performance.
- Ensure strong cross-functional coordination with supply chain, operations, and Asia-based stakeholders to support delivery and customer success.
- Track partner performance through accurate forecasting, pipeline governance, and disciplined account management.
- Proactively identify and resolve commercial, operational, or relationship challenges, maintaining professionalism and long-term value creation.
- Represent the business in executive-level partner reviews and relevant industry engagements.
- Ensure compliance with European commercial standards and internal governance requirements.
- Provide hands-on leadership to a lean European sales team, with direct people management responsibility for 1–2 team members.
Experiences Required
- Minimally 10 years of relevant sales experience within industrial, B2B, battery consumables, OEM, or industrial components environments.
- Strong track record in building and sustaining client and distributor partnerships in European markets.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with experience balancing revenue growth, margin discipline, and long-term relationship value.
- Proven ability to operate across multi-country European markets with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Experience managing strategic partner portfolios and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Prior exposure to Asian manufacturing or supply chain environments is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline preferred; MBA or equivalent advantageous.
