Job Description:
As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal teams, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve product defects, as well as provide training and documentation to customers.

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot product issues and escalate as needed

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
