Job Description:
As a contract manager based in Gorinchem, Netherlands, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management for our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that contracts are negotiated, executed, and managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing contract management strategies
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions
- Ensuring compliance with contract requirements
- Managing contract changes and amendments
- Monitoring contract performance and resolving issues
- Providing guidance and support to project teams
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Experience in the recruitment industry is preferred
