Position Title: General Manager – Operations
Location: Manila, Philippines
The General Manager – Operations will lead and oversee multi-site energy plant operations to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of performance targets. This role will drive operational excellence, financial discipline, and sustainability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct operations across regions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and corporate sustainability goals.
- Manage full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Partner with HSE, Legal, and Compliance teams to maintain robust governance and regulatory adherence.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting safety, accountability, and professional growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, industry partners, and community stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on operational challenges and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Senior experience in managing large-scale energy or plant operations.
- Strong background in compliance, HSE, and financial management
- Proven leadership skills in people development and stakeholder engagement.
