We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of solar construction projects in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from site preparation to project completion, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar construction
