Senior Completions Coordinator (LOTO Manager)

Job Description:
As a Senior Completions Coordinator (LOTO Manager), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during maintenance and construction activities. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams and departments to implement and enforce LOTO policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain LOTO procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Train and educate personnel on proper LOTO practices
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure LOTO compliance
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to implement LOTO measures
- Investigate and report any LOTO incidents or violations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of LOTO regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Lockout/Tagout procedures (e.g. OSHA 1910.147)
