Job Description:
As a Production Supervisor II, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that production targets are met. You will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers and ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities
- Ensure that production targets are met
- Manage a team of production workers
- Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with company standards
- Implement and maintain production schedules
- Identify and address any issues that may arise during the production process
- Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a production supervisory role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of production processes and procedures
- Experience in implementing and maintaining production schedules
- Knowledge of safety regulations
