Sales Manager, Digital Infrastructure
Location: Thailand
An international engineering and infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a commercially driven business development professional to support expansion across Thailand’s rapidly growing digital infrastructure market.
This role will focus on developing strategic customer relationships and identifying new project opportunities across hyperscale, colocation, and mission-critical infrastructure environments. The successful candidate will work closely with developers, consultants, EPC contractors, and end users to support early-stage project engagement and long-term business growth across the Thailand market.
The position offers exposure to one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing infrastructure sectors, supporting projects across advanced cooling, critical facility infrastructure, and high-performance industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth across Thailand’s data center market
- Identify, develop, and secure opportunities with hyperscale, colocation, and mission-critical infrastructure customers
- Build strong relationships with data center developers, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and strategic partners
- Engage customers early in project lifecycles to support specification positioning and solution development
- Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies aligned with regional growth objectives
- Collaborate closely with regional engineering, technical, and operational teams to deliver commercially competitive solutions
- Monitor market activity, customer investment trends, and competitive developments across the Thailand market
- Maintain structured pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
- Support long-term customer engagement through consultative and relationship-driven selling approaches
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, cooling technologies, or related industrial sectors
- Strong track record in developing new business opportunities and driving commercial growth
- Good understanding of data center infrastructure, cooling systems, or critical facility environments
- Experience engaging with EPC contractors, consultants, developers, and end users within the Thailand market
- Ability to work effectively within a regional and cross-functional organisation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and commercially driven approach
- Fluent English communication skills; Thai language capability is highly advantageous
