Job Description:

As a Project Manager 2, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring that they are meeting their goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• PMP certification is preferred
