Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Commercial Manager to join our team in Austria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, with a focus on renewable energy initiatives. As the MEP Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies for MEP projects
- Preparing and reviewing project budgets and financial forecasts
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitoring project costs and identifying areas for cost savings
- Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Providing financial reports and analysis to senior management
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the MEP industry
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and initiatives
- Excellent financial and budgeting skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
