Job Description:
As a Lead Engineer in Plant I&C DCS focusing on Controls Design & Development in the Nuclear industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of control systems for nuclear power plants. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure the successful implementation of control systems that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop control systems for nuclear power plants
- Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of control systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate control systems into plant operations
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls design and development
- Experience in the nuclear industry preferred
- Proficiency in DCS systems and PLC programming
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for nuclear power plants
