Job Description: UPW Technician

Job Description:
As a UPW Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Your primary duties will include monitoring system performance, conducting routine maintenance, and responding to equipment failures to ensure uninterrupted UPW supply to production tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on UPW systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures in a timely manner
- Monitor system performance and water quality parameters
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and system upgrades
- Document maintenance activities and update system records
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in maintaining UPW systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of UPW system components and operation
- Ability to read and interpret system drawings and schematics
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
