Job Description:
The Civil Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Track project progress and report on key milestones and metrics
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
