Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner Intermediate level to join our team in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of various projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with team members
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and coordination
- P6 Primavera
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management software
