Leasing Manager

What you will do

Originate and close leasing deals for hyperscale and wholesale capacity across APAC.

Build a qualified pipeline of demand against their development sites and future projects.

Run the full deal cycle: qualification, capacity matching, commercial structuring, negotiation and signature.

Structure build-to-suit, powered shell and colocation deals on terms that protect returns and win the customer.

Negotiate multi-megawatt, multi-year agreements with procurement, legal and infrastructure teams on the customer side.

Map and own senior relationships across target accounts, from infrastructure leads to C-suite.

Work with development, design, engineering and construction to match customer requirements to deliverable capacity and ready-for-service timelines.

Feed live customer demand back into land, power and site selection decisions.

Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts and deal status for leadership.

Represent them at industry events and in direct customer engagements across the region.

Neocloud operators. GPU-first AI cloud providers scaling capacity at speed.

Chinese hyperscalers. Cloud and internet platforms expanding across APAC.
