Job Description:

As a Payroll Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll operations for our company. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and provide support to employees with payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Generate payroll reports and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues
  • Participate in payroll system upgrades and implementation projects

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll operations
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in project management is a plus
