About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Center Design to lead design execution across our rapidly expanding portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development of next-generation, flexible, and sustainable data centers—helping to shape the infrastructure required to power AI, cloud, and high-performance computing at scale.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the end-to-end design process for data center projects across the U.S.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable design solutions.
Drive standardization and scalability of design strategies to support global growth.
Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously optimize design execution.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to internal design teams and consultants.
Partner with construction and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery from design through execution.
What We’re Looking For
12+ years of experience in data center design, engineering, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Deep expertise in MEP systems, architectural design, and sustainability strategies.
Strong understanding of the unique requirements of AI and high-performance computing infrastructure.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
