Spencer Ogden is supporting a leading offshore wind developer in the search for an experienced Cyber Security Governance Consultant to support IT and OT cybersecurity governance activities within a regulated critical infrastructure environment.
Scope of Work
Support the formalization and implementation of cybersecurity governance documentation across IT and OT environments.
Ensure alignment between IT and OT cybersecurity governance, including defined roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
Define cybersecurity interfaces and responsibility boundaries between asset owners/operators, TSOs, vendors, service providers, system integrators, and other external stakeholders.
Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical, auditable cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Ensure traceability between regulatory obligations, cybersecurity policies, and implemented technical and organizational controls.
Design, structure, and develop cybersecurity policies and procedures for Corporate IT and OT environments.
Support vendor contracting and Service Agreement processes relating to Cyber Security, IT, and OT requirements.
Operate autonomously while interfacing with legal, IT, OT, and operational stakeholders.
Required Experience
Proven experience delivering cybersecurity governance, policies, and procedures in regulated environments.
Hands-on experience with NIS2 and European critical infrastructure regulations.
Strong understanding of IT and OT cybersecurity, including industrial control systems (ICS).
Familiarity with Polish cybersecurity legislation and regulatory expectations.
Prior experience in the offshore wind, energy, utilities, or wider critical infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
