Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience (Cx) Manager to join our team in Norway. As a Cx Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer interactions and satisfaction, with a focus on the renewable energy sector. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer experience management role, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer feedback tools
