Job Description:

As a Construction Coordinator III, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction activities, as well as resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction coordination
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
