Job Description:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. Your main duties will include:

  • Working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Managing the offer and negotiation process
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Participating in networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional network
