Job Description:

As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients in various industries. Your main focus will be on sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Conducting interviews and assessments
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Providing guidance and support to hiring managers
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Managing candidate pipelines and tracking progress

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
