Job Description:

As a Project Controls Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, monitoring, and controlling of project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide accurate and timely project controls information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and performance against baselines
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Lead project controls meetings and discussions

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls or related field
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
