They are currently investing into the Japanese market and building up their sales team with a focus on sales of wind turbine technology. They are looking for a Wind Sales Manager for their Japanese market with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for wind turbine solutions.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within target markets (e.g., utilities, developers, EPCs, government agencies).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project developers, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal, project management) to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to senior leadership.
