Singapore | Renewable Energy & Infrastructure
Our client is a global utility-scale renewable energy and battery energy storage (BESS) developer. They operate an active project pipeline exceeding 10 GWh across Asia and Europe, with multiple grid-scale BESS projects currently in development and construction. To support their international fund platform and capital expansion strategy, they are building a Singapore-based investment and fundraising team.

THE ROLE
You will lead fundraising and investor relations for an energy infrastructure investment platform targeting institutional capital across Asia, Europe, and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
Fundraising & Capital Raising
Lead fundraising for energy infrastructure funds and project-level investments
Develop and execute a capital raising strategy targeting institutional investors globally
Source and engage infra funds, PE firms, SWFs, pension funds, and strategic investors
Manage the full fundraising cycle: sourcing, pitching, due diligence, negotiation, and close
Investor Relations
Build and maintain long-term LP relationships and manage investor expectations
Organise investor meetings, roadshows, and regular communications
Coordinate investor reporting, including quarterly updates and performance reviews
Support LP onboarding processes
Fund Structuring & Execution
Work with legal, tax, and finance advisors to structure fund vehicles (SG VCC, Cayman LP, JV structures)
Participate in LPA negotiations and key commercial terms discussions
Support transaction structuring for project-level investments across equity, mezzanine, and structured finance
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with development, finance, and M&A teams to align fundraising with the project pipeline
Translate project pipeline into bankable investment products for institutional capital
Support preparation of investment materials: IM, teaser, financial model, and data room
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
8 to 15 years in fundraising, investor relations, or infrastructure investment
Demonstrated track record of raising capital from institutional investors
Background in energy, infrastructure, or real assets strongly preferred
Experience with cross-border fund structures (Singapore, Cayman, Japan) is a strong advantage
Skills
Deep understanding of infrastructure fund economics and LP expectations
Active institutional investor network in APAC
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to independently lead end-to-end fundraising processes
Education
Bachelor's degree required
MBA or finance-related postgraduate degree preferred
