Job Description:

As a Senior Site Planner based in Wesseling, Germany, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and development of construction projects on site. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement site planning strategies
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure project timelines are met
• Analyze site conditions and make recommendations for improvements
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior site planners

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in site planning or construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management software
• Fluency in German and English
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
