Job Description:
The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety within the organization. They will work closely with management to develop and implement safety policies and procedures, conduct safety inspections, and provide safety training to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Provide safety training to employees
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
- Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Certification in occupational health and safety is preferred
