Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC professional to join our team in Paris, United States. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and services through rigorous testing and inspection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance best practices
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
