Job Description:

As a Project Leader, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, responsible for leading and managing recruitment projects to ensure successful outcomes for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to identify and match top talent with job opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or project leader
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
