Project Director!
An innovative company specializing in next-generation liquid fuels for aviation and shipping. With regional headquarters established in Singapore and an R&D Centre in the USA, they are poised to lead the transformation towards low-carbon fuels in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams, establishing clear goals and deliverables.
- Oversee the development, planning, and execution of advanced liquid fuels projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies throughout all phases of the project.
- Drive project milestones, monitor progress, and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Ensure effective allocation and management of resources, budgets, and schedules.
- Review technical design, feasibility, and implementation plans, providing strategic guidance and solving complex challenges.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management and investors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
- Significant experience in project management for large-scale energy, chemical, or fuels industry projects, preferably spanning the complete project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated knowledge of next generation liquid fuels technologies and regulatory frameworks.
- Ideally with a background in petrochemicals, Refineries or Biofuels
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience within Southeast Asia and the ability to engage with a diverse, multi-cultural workforce is a plus.
