Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Review and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Monitor project progress and report to upper management
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
