MEP Project Director - Data Centres

Job Description:
As the MEP Project Director for Data Centres, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for large-scale data centre projects in London. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all MEP aspects of data centre projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with design teams to develop MEP systems that meet project requirements
- Oversee procurement of MEP materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure on-time and within budget delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of MEP engineers and coordinators
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management within the data centre industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
