Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our renewable energy company based in Hamburg, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Provide HSE training and support to employees
- Monitor and report on HSE performance
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager in the renewable energy industry
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant HSE qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH)
