Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Engineering - Right of Way (ROW) Agent to join our team in Allentown, United States. As an Engineering - ROW Agent, you will be responsible for managing and acquiring the necessary land rights for renewable energy projects. You will work closely with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire land rights for renewable energy projects
- Negotiate agreements with landowners and other stakeholders
- Coordinate with legal and engineering teams to ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine feasibility of projects
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience in land acquisition or right of way management
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and regulations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
