Job Description:
As a Construction Supervisor in South Jersey, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to coordinate and manage the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site
- Review and approve project plans and specifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
