Job Description:
As a Construction Specialist IV (Quality Assurance) in Charlotte, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify and address any issues that may arise during the construction process. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on construction sites
- Review construction plans and specifications
- Identify and document any deviations from the plans
- Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues
- Create and maintain quality assurance reports
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality assurance
