In November 2020, Spencer Ogden joined forces with seven other recruitment companies to create Programme One; A revolutionary initiative which works to remove entry barriers for underrepresented, Black minorities across the recruitment industry. Through a structured mentorship programme, members of our teams have benefitted, both as mentors and mentees, to gain the help they need to succeed in recruitment.
Programme One’s strategic ambition sets out to remove the barriers to recruitment for 500 or more Black recruiters into our sector annually. In 2023, our partnership developed even further, and we now actively work with Programme One to recruit into our offices. We hope to build this relationship further and continue to promote diversity and opportunity.
