Spencer Ogden has been recognized by global research and advisory firm Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) on its 2024 list of the Largest Engineering Staffing Firms in the U.S. This placement follows additional rankings on SIA’s 40 under 40 2024 staffing leader list. On this list, our CEO, Henry De Lusignan was named as one of North America’s 40 staffing professionals under the age of 40, who have led their businesses with purpose and dedication through times of significant change.

The latest SIA report estimates that 30 firms, including Spencer Ogden, each generated at least $50 million in U.S. engineering temporary staffing revenue in 2023. Collectively, these firms accounted for $7.4 billion in revenue, representing 78% of the market. The companies in the report are ranked based on revenue size; however, it is important to note that a higher rank does not necessarily indicate superior service or greater value to shareholders.

Market share percentages were derived by dividing each firm’s revenue by the total market size estimate of $9.5 billion for the U.S. engineering temporary staffing market in 2023. Notably, seven firms, including Spencer Ogden, appeared in this year’s rankings for the first time: Brunel International, Enterprise Solutions, Inc., Net2Source, Spencer Ogden, Triple Crown Consulting, Volt (Innova Solutions), and Workrise.
